Important: DyZen Med is a physician-assist, assistive intelligence platform. It does not diagnose, determine causation, impairment, or disability, or generate medical opinions or legal conclusions. Current IME workflow (in the app)

The live product follows this guided workflow:

Records Review — understand the chart with summary, timeline, and source verification
Dictate Exam — capture the exam; dictation writes directly into Live Draft
Live Draft — your working note; refine content and remove transcription errors while preserving facts
Opinions — after Live Draft review; AI recommendations require physician acceptance
Narrative — readable report prose generated from approved content
Finalization — final physician review and export

AI recommendations are draft support only—they do not become part of your IME until you accept them. DyZen Med does not replace physician judgment.

DyZen Med is intended for licensed physicians, independent medical examiners, and medical–legal professionals responsible for high-stakes chart review, reporting, and documentation.
